N othing more to do, Tom was wondering how he could while away his time now. He was feeling exceptionally dull this evening. He'd finished collecting milk from the cows and truffle from the pig sty very quickly. Not many hen had laid eggs today, so he'd finished that soon too.  All the regular rigmarole was over. Co-op farming was beginning to get a bit of a boring chore for him over the last few days. He wanted some change. O ld friends hadn't stopped by in a long while. He wondered why? He'd sent them many gifts to lure them to his farm but no help came. Something was fishy! V anity kept him from doing for them what he expected them to do for him. E ventually a thought occurred to him. Had they all gone away for good? He hadn't checked in on them for a long while now. I  remember that night I was extremely exasperated with the way I had spent my day explaining my creative inputs as the Interior Designer of a project that I was working on. A Bavarian troupe was singing at the Karaoke and they actually helped me forget my woes. :) In the above acrostic I talk about a Xanten (German/Bavarian province) guitar that monotonously strummed which wasn't the truth. It is most unfair of me to mention it this way for this acrostic has been written in memory of that night when I'd fallen in love with those gorgeous German voices..:) This has been w...

Talked a code language,this bloke The Slang Glossary for the uninitiated: No worries! :  Australian for It's Okay! Dinky-Di : Australian for genuinely Bloke: British slang for man A  limerick  is a five-line  poem, humorous in intention,where l ines 1, 2, and 5 of Limericks have seven to ten syllables and rhyme with one another. Lines 3 and 4 of Limericks have five to seven syllables and also rhyme with each other.
